In mid-2021, the Trustees met to discuss Te Tapuwae O Rakau's Strategic direction. Since establishment in 2017, the Trust has had a focus of re-cloaking the Port Hills, but following a successful strategic planning day thanks to Christine Korako, the Trust is excited to be working towards it's new vision:
